The Ghost Story

It didn't start with software. It started with a ghost.

Ghost Gaming Group SA was founded in 2025 by Khule Mahlangu — a financial crime specialist, sales strategist, and esports advocate based in Roodepoort, Johannesburg. The Ghost brand was built around three pillars: FinTech, Gaming, and Youth Development.

When the live streaming opportunity on Poppo Live emerged, Ghost didn't build a separate agency from scratch — it extended the existing Ghost DNA into live entertainment. Ghost Town VIP LIVE was born as the entertainment division of Ghost Gaming Group SA, carrying the same ghost culture, same discipline-first ethos, and same commitment to African creators.

But running an agency manually — tracking hosts, sending reminders, qualifying leads, generating daily reports — was unsustainable at scale. So Ghosty built KNOWY: an AI system that would handle the operational load autonomously, allowing the agency to scale without proportional human overhead.

What started as a recruitment and reporting tool became a full autonomous business operating system — monitoring performance, triggering automations, qualifying leads, generating reports, and making intelligent decisions across the entire Ghost ecosystem.
